Bittermens New England Spiced Cranberry BittersInspired by New England Thanksgivings and homemade spiced cranberry sauce. A touch of malic acid (adding a nice green apple tartness) and lime are added for extra tartness, along with some spice, vanilla and sour berries. This is a light on the bitter bitter. It works particularly well with cognac and bourbon and teams up nicely with Bittermens Xocolatl Mole Bitters as well as other aromatic bitters.

The addition of gum arabic lends the syrup a silky and more luxuriant mouthfeel when compared to a common simple syrup
