After this first vintage

The wine has a fruit driven style very similar to a good Beaujolais  with savory notes of earthiness

and it carries its 13% alcohol effortlessly

After experimenting making sparkling wine with the 6 original varieties on our vineyard in our first year of commercial production in 2019
