Ethiopia, Sidama Guji Gr 1 WashedEthiopia, known as the birthplace of coffee, has a traditional coffee ceremony to recognize its importance to the land and people. We think the Sidama roast represents the region well with bright notes of floral and fruit, and a hint of citrus. Traditionally, Sidama beans are natural or dry processed, but this batch is wash processed, bringing out a clean tasting floral cup with hints of lemon grass.
