Deakin Estate Chardonnay 75clThe Deakin Estate Chardonnay is crafted from family owned, estate grown vineyards that lie in the Murray Darling region of north west Victoria, Australia. In order to achieve a fresh crisp style, selected yeasts to promote aromatic character were used and selected parcels underwent lees stirring to build palate weight and add mouthfeel. This vegan friendly Chardonnay is fresh, balanced and elegant with white peach, pear and hints of citrus flavours.
