Traditionally associated with ha duya work and valued for producing a refined kasumi finish. Supplied unflattened, in accordance with traditional sword polishing practice. The User would form the stone exactly to their needs. This stone has a fine Renge or Lotus pattern. For normal knife sharpening and Razor sharpening we recommend to flatten it after purchase and
