I loved the days when we made this flavor at Uli’s Gelato

We use the “stracciatella” technique - instead of chocolate chips

This flavor is my ode to horchata - the delicious

then churn it into our sea salt caramel gelato

allowing the flavor of the tree-ripened fruit to reign supreme

Both "Regular" and "Vegan" options contain: gluten (in the waffle cone crust) as well as tree nuts (pecans)

we take our time to steep Organic Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Bean puree in creamy milk
