Peddlers Barrel Aged Gin 70clbarrel aged gin from Shanghai here, made with botanicals including juniper berries, Sichuan peppers, lotus, East Asian mint, liquorice, Tianshan almonds, angelica, cardamom pods, coriander seeds, Chinese cassia bark, and Buddhas Hand. This gin was then aged for three months in French oak barrels that previously housed a Napa Valley pinot noir.
