 AMK Global Staffing - Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

“AMK” means AMK Global Staffing Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom.
“Client” means the company or individual requesting staffing services from AMK.
“Candidate” means any person introduced by AMK to the Client for potential employment.
“Assignment” means the period during which a Candidate performs services for the Client.

2. Services Provided

2.1 AMK will use reasonable efforts to introduce suitable Candidates to the Client based on the Client’s requirements.

2.2 AMK will conduct initial screening of Candidates, but the Client is responsible for verifying qualifications, work eligibility, and suitability for the position.

2.3 AMK does not guarantee the suitability or performance of any Candidate.

3. Confidentiality

3.1 The Client agrees to keep confidential all information about Candidates introduced by AMK.

3.2 The Client will not disclose Candidate details to any third party without AMK’s prior written consent.

3.3 Both parties agree to comply with all applicable data protection laws and regulations.

4. Liability

4.1 AMK’s liability is limited to the fees paid by the Client for the relevant Assignment.

4.2 AMK is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from a Candidate’s acts or omissions.

4.3 The Client agrees to indemnify AMK against any claims arising from the Client’s breach of these terms.

5. Termination

5.1 Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice.

5.2 Any fees due at termination remain payable.

5.3 The Client may terminate an Assignment immediately if the Candidate’s performance is unsatisfactory, subject to notifying AMK in writing.

6. Hiring of Candidates

6.1 If the Client hires a Candidate introduced by AMK for any position within 12 months of the introduction, the full placement fee will be due.

6.2 The Client agrees not to hire AMK employees directly without AMK’s consent.

7. Equal Opportunities and Compliance

7.1 Both parties agree to comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

7.2 The Client shall not discriminate against any Candidate on any grounds protected by law.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Any intellectual property created by a Candidate during an Assignment shall belong to the Client, unless otherwise agreed.

9. Force Majeure

9.1 Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

10. General

10.1 These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties.

10.2 This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

10.3 Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10.4 AMK reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. The Client will be notified of any changes.

10.5 The registered office address of AMK Global Staffing Ltd is 925 Finchley Road, London, United Kingdom, NW11 7PE.

10.6 Our operational address is 133, Concorde Park, Maidenhead.
