How we work

Navigating the sponsorship process can be complex, but we’re here to simplify it. Our services include:

Assisting you in applying for the necessary licence to employ overseas workers.

Handling the application and issuance of CoS for your incoming employees.

Setting up and managing the required processes to ensure your organisation remains compliant with UK Home Office regulations.

Evaluating your eligibility for different types of sponsorship licences and guiding you through the process.

UK EMPLOYERS SEEKING SKILLED WORKERS

To employ skilled workers from outside the UK, your company needs a Sponsorship Licence. This licence, granted by the UK Home Office, authorises UK-based organisations to hire foreign nationals, including Skilled Workers.

It applies to non-EU nationals and citizens from the EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland who arrived in the UK after December 31, 2020.

Once your business has a Sponsorship Licence, you must assign a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) to each foreign worker you employ. Each certificate has a unique number that the worker uses to apply for a visa.

The type of certificate needed depends on your licence and whether the candidate is onshore or offshore during the application process.
