Once we have all necessary documents and your final payment, we’ll lodge your application and send your visa acknowledgment receipt along with an estimated processing timeline.

We’ll provide monthly updates on the progress of your application and inform you of any additional documentation requested by the Department of Immigration.

Upon visa approval, we’ll give you written confirmation. Any hard copies of your documents submitted must be collected within 14 days of the visa grant.
