Our fees are due 30 days after the candidate starts. This gives you peace of mind, ensuring you’re only billed after a successful placement.

We operate on a ‘no win, no fee’ model. This means that if we are unable to find a candidate who meets your hiring requirements, you won’t be charged any fees.

We require a 30-day exclusive partnership agreement. This exclusivity period allows us to dedicate all our resources to finding your ideal candidate, ensuring our full commitment and maximizing the chances of successful placement.

We offer simple, flat fees with no upfront payments required. Our fees are based on the salary range of the role:

  • Up to £20,000: Charges £3,000
  • £20,001 – £30,000: Charges £3,500
  • £30,001 – £45,000: Charges  £5,000
  • £45,001 +: Charges £6,000 

All payments are due 30 days after the candidate starts. Our services include full recruitment support: talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, interview management, onboarding, and post-placement support.

If your new hire leaves during their probation, we’ll provide a replacement at no extra cost. If they don’t meet your expectations for any reason, you can choose either a replacement or a prorated rebate. Your satisfaction is our priority!
